Using Microsoft Office Visio 2003, when printing any docs created, I get a

blue crash of death screen.

Any ideas?

Help would be appreciated...

    • So I have the latest drivers for windows vista, ms office (including visio

specific), and it still crashes, even when saved to other formats.

      Running out of ideas.

I'm having the same "blue screen of death" problem when I'm printing

from Visio 2003 and I'm using XP patch 2, so it's not just your

Vista. Have you had any success with getting this problem resolved?

    • Hello,

I'm using XP, this also started for me 1 week ago after applying the newest

      Microsoft Security patches.

I can print a blank page Visio. However, after I start adding Stencils and

trying to print I get the BSOD.

    • I just received a patch from our Microsoft rep (KB935843) to test. It has

not been released to the public. However, it solved my problem. Hopefully

it will get released soon for the rest of you.

There is also a workaround if you can't wait. Go into your print driver

      setting and disable Raster compression.
